Steve Martin is truly a renaissance man who is accomplished at juggling, banjo playing, acting, writing, making people laugh, composing and so much more. Raised in in Garden Grove, he honed his skills through his experience at Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm and performing magic and comedy in smaller, local venues. He reached a more notable level in his career when it snagged a gig writing for the Smother’s Brothers and eventually started doing the televised rounds on the Tonight Show, Saturday Night Live and the Gong Show. This “wild and crazy guy” would use many props on stage, including wearing an arrow that appeared to go through his head.
